Ingredients
- 12oz Oat Penne
- 18oz Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
- 7oz Fresh Baby Spinach
- 3.5oz Feta Cheese, crumbled
Directions
- Cook the pasta following pack instructions.
- Lightly sauté the sliced cherry tomatoes in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Cook the pasta, drain and toss in the pan with the tomatoes, then add the fresh spinach. Turn on the heat, stir in the feta crumbles, and serve.
