Ingredients
- 1 8.8oz Red Lentil Penne
- 14 oz mushrooms, chopped
- Minced garlic, to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil, to taste
- Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano cheese, grated
Directions
- Cook the pasta following pack instructions.
- Sauté the chopped mushrooms in a pan with olive oil and minced garlic for about ten minutes, then remove from heat.
- Drain the cooked pasta, then toss together in the pan, then serve topped with grated cheese.
